Saltworks Announces Commercial Ultra-High Pressure RO/NF Technology

Update, July 2025 – What was previously described as Saltworks’ OARO system is now called FusionRO. This modular membrane brine concentrator employs ultra-high-pressure reverse osmosis and nanofiltration (UHP RO/NF) in cascading loops to achieve brine concentrations >200,000 mg/L TDS.

With a commitment to advancing desalination processes, Saltworks’ FusionRO is now commercially available, marking a significant leap forward in brine concentration and water recovery from RO systems.
Our FusionRO system can increase brine concentration by up to 80%, offering lower energy and costs vs. evaporators.
